Quality Care

• We provide the services of physicians experienced in the unique needs of long term care residents without the need to leave the facility for appointments.
  
  
• Registered nurses and or licensed practical nurses on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in addition to individual oversight of each resident’s needs by an RN Care Manager.
  
  
• Direct care by nursing assistants certified by the Oregon Board of Nursing at staff levels at or above legal requirements.
  
  
• We encourage resident and family involvement in care conferences and care planning.
  
  
• An emphasis on safety: secured exits, monitoring programs and special equipment including hi-low beds, safety mats and electric lifts for resident comfort and safety.
  
  
• We provide coordination of care with various hospice services.
